Swine Influenza Ab Rapid Test Kit experimental principle
This reagent is made using the principle of colloidal gold immunochromatography (GICA). After the sample is added to the sample well, it moves along the chromatography membrane with the colloidal gold marker. If there is Swine Influenza virus antigen in the sample, the detection line will display purple red. If there is no Swine Influenza virus antigen in the sample, there will be no color reaction.
This reagent selects Swine Influenza virus specific monoclonal antibodies and uses a sandwich method to measure Swine Influenza virus antigen, which has high sensitivity and good specificity.
Swine Influenza Ab Rapid Test Kit composition
1. Swine fever antibody test card 40 copies
2. Instructions 1 copy
3. dropper 40 pieces
4.cotton swabs 40 individual
Swine fever antibody test card operation method
1. Use a cotton swab to remove approximately 0.1g or 100ul of fresh pig feces/vomit/small intestine contents. (Sample collection directly affects the correctness of the test results, and it should be ensured to be correct and sufficient.)
2. Immediately insert the cotton swab into the sample tube containing the diluent, stir the swab thoroughly until all the samples on the swab dissolve into the diluent, squeeze the swab dry on the tube wall, and discard it. The sample solution is left to stand for future use.
Note: Excessive fecal samples may lead to incorrect results (such as black bands), and can be diluted with sample diluent before testing.
The result of detection of swine fever antibody test card
Negative: In the observation hole, only the control line area (C) shows a purple red line.
Positive: In the observation hole, both the detection line area (T) and the control line area (C) show a purple red line.
Invalid: In the observation hole, there is no purple red line in the control line area (C).
(Note: Deionized water, tap water, and physiological saline cannot be used as negative controls.)
